We ordered Loud & Clear Sound Amplication devices on January 21, 2009 and have not received them even after several phone calls. While these were advertised at $19.95 plus shipping for two sets, we paid nearly $40 after we were encouraged to buy expedited shipping. They totally dropped the ball on this. They have an excuse for the delays every time we call them. They also agreed to ship via UPS last week BUT failed to follow through on that. We are still out our $40 and don't have our product. Don't buy from these people because they only have an "800" number and NO address at which to contact them. They have a website but also NO address or contact person. They put up a wall between you and their products and only want your money. Please be very cautious about ordering from them. I doubt if the product is worth anything once it comes if it does. Be wary of them.
