After 10 years of using Loud at 2 different residences, we called to set up service at a new home. What transpired was unfortunate and disheartening. First, their install was careless and full of errors. Then, we had an alarm event and the monitoring company was not notified and we were not called. Loud claims that in some situations, the monitoring company is not called. That's ridiculous!
After trying to get things fixed, Loud showed no concern and simply hid behind their contract. They don't know the definition of customer service. Look all over the internet and you will see similar problems. These complaints are all so similar...it's a pattern! There are also some good reviews of Loud...probably posted by employees.
With something as important as your home security...do you want to risk believing the positive comments when there are so many negative experiences?
We have never had such a bad experience with a company as we had with Loud Security. Call anyone else but Loud!
