I received the below message regarding a so called one million pound I won through the e mail picked uk lottory and would like to know if the below contents is correct. I am under the impression that this is a scam.

And following the conditions and terms of the International transfer laws and regulations, we need to confirm the payment of The Bank Transfer/Endorsement Fee of GBP£450.25 (Four Hundred And Fifty British Pounds, Twenty Five Shillings) only, which is 5, 025.60 ZAR South Africa Rand.Mid-Market Rates: 2011-04-18 13:03 UTC(0.03%) of the Principal Amount before we can transfer your fund into your account.
