I bought a Louis Vuitton Monogram Speedy 30 on July 19th, 2010 totalling $745.89 dollars. I gave them $300.00 in cash, and my credit card for $445.89 dollars. Unfortunately, the bag has a slight damage in lieu of when closing the zipper it dented the handles already. So I had returned the merchandise the same day . I have the reciept of being credited for it. Then I called my credit card in a week to find out that they had not credited my credit cards for the amount of $445.89 dollars. I called and spoke to the Manager named Russ and he adamantly said it is going to be credited. Because, as I told him I had openned a dispute on my behalf . I trusted the manager, but now the problem is when I stop the dispute Louis Vuitton did not gave my credit back. As I now, is missing $445.89 dollars on my credit account. According, to my credit it is between me and the Louis Vuitton . This is really ridiculous! I had called them again, and the manager won't even talk to me at all! All they ask is my phone number and will get back to me! WTF? is going on? This is beyond bad customer service! This is like ROBBERY! THEY HAVE THEIR MERCHANDISE AND I DON'T GET MY CREDIT BACK!
