The Louisiana Lottery for failing to provide me with proper information on odds of losing the lottery and lottery scratch games. On their website they post the odds of winning, but not losing. The also posts the number of winning tickets remaining, but not the number of non winning tickets. The citizens of Louisiana are being denied proper information so they could play the lottery games right. This information should not be with held. After several emails to the Louisiana Lottery Office asking for this information, the Louisiana Lottery office consistently continue to refuse to provide me this information. So, I feel it's in the best interest of the citizens of Louisiana to file this complaint, so all lottery players can make correct decision when playing the lottery games. For 20 years the Louisiana Lottery have mislead the citizens of Louisiana by making us all believe we have an equal chance of winning lottery as losing. This is false! Why do the Louisiana Lottery refuse to provide the information on odds of losing, and number of non winning tickets shipped versus those winning tickets they have posted all over their website.
