From the very beginning, Louis’s story has never changed. His version of events is as stated from the start of the alleged offense. I have talked with him extensively about the case in question and not once has he given any admission of guilt. In fact, his version of events point towards the fact that he wasn’t even at his office when Holly took his company check, created a forged permission memo, and the forged Norcross electric application.
As we speak, Louis has been in the VA Hospital, maybe this is all a ploy to back at him for his many public fights with Norcross Police officers. In fact, is it not a coincidence that instead of dropping this obvious false charge that would cost the state thousands of dollars, Louis's case is being scheduled for trial and he was in jail for 11 days? Does it not seem like there is more than meets the eye on this one?
I am not asking you to spread the word on this one or to fight the good fight, all I ask is that you take away from this article the belief that Louis is innocent and share that knowledge if you read an article about the case, or hear someone discussing it. Louis is a Veteran, genuine and honest guy who got caught up in a bitterly flawed Police Department, please think about him now with positive feelings and keep him in your prayers.
(as reference, I served with Louis in the USMC and I sat through Louis surgery that left him confined to a wheelchair)
