We purchased a new HVAC system from this company with the promise of "you should save 25-35% on your electric bills." The only reason we replaced the HVAC system was to tryo to lower our electric bills. Two months after the system was installed, we were not saving any money so we contact Mr John Love. He had no idea what to do or how we would ever save moeny with his new system. John Love, the company President, has lied to the Better Business Bureau and the HVAC board in reponse to our complaints against his company. the lies he has told regarding us purchasing a new pool heater and having work done on our home (which is his answer to why it took 59 days after the installation to have a County Inspection) in response to our compaint is downright deceitful. The man lacks the ability to solve problems and be a stand up business person. His fledgling company is not a business to use...they are dishonest, unable to solve disputes, and lie to make a story to defer complaints away from the real issue - WE DID NOT SAVE ANY MONEY WITH THEIR NEW HVAC SYSTEM.

STAY AWAY!! WATCH OUT!! LIES!! LACK OF RESOLUTION!! EHTICALLY CHALLENGED.
