Purchased a computer from this company - they promised latest model from Toshiba - and actually sent discontinued model. RAM on computer that was promised 512MB upgrad and I only 128 MB. They later shipped me bad 256 MB chip packed in paper envelope (No anti static bags) as required for shipping or transport of computer chips. Asked for replacemane RAM and never received it. Invoice they sent was different showing sale of $1750 (for different products that they had sold over the phone)

After calling Toshiba directly found out that the model they sent me could only handel 386 RAM and 512 would not fit on the mother board meaning the computer they sold me could never have worked anyhow for my needs. Also found out at this time that the model was discontined and not latest model as promised. This was a blatent lie forom their salesman Nick.

Found the same computer that they sent me advertised on their website for approx $1200.00. I had paid $1750 and not received any of the extras that they had promised. Everytime I call i get the brush off and hostile from customer service.

Complained and asked for refund on computer. They where very hostile customer service threatning to sue me as I had put sale into dispute with credit card company. During the refund period of 30 days they would not return my calls or e-mail and later said that I had not asked for RA in time schedule.

Credit card company had told me that they had agreed to accept return of product of I call for RA#. I called again and they told me no RA# as I was outside of retuens terms.
