We purchased a washer and dryer and paid for the dryer vent.
The store was not able to match the unit color and were returned. They also took the dryer vent. We made another purchase and had to buy another vent. Months ago I wrote to the general manager of the store requesting reinbursement for the vent and may letter has been ignored.
