I BOUGHT A NEW HIGH END MAYTAGE WASHER & DRYER AND PURCHASED A LOWES ADVANTAGE EXTENDED WARRANTY.
THE WASHER STARTED BREAKING DOWN AFTER ONE OF YEAR. WHEN I CALLED ADVANTAGE WARRANTY PROGRAM IT TOOK THEM FOREVER TO SERVICE THE MACHINE. EVERY TIME THE REPAIRMAN CAME HE WAS UNABLE TO FIX IT ON THE SPOT. I HAVE HAD TO WAIT WEEKS FOR THE REPAIRS TO BE COMPLETED. NOW AFTER THE MANY, MANY PHONE CALLS AND WEEKS OF WAITING FOR MY PARTS. I STILL REMAIN WITHOUT A WASHER. THEY ARE UNRESPONSIVE AND WILL NOT GIVE ME A DATE WHEN MY MACHINE WILL BE REPAIRED. THIS IS A NIGHTMARE. DO NOT BUY ANY APPLIANCES FROM LOWE'S AND DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT FOR EVER FOR SERVICE.
