I purchased a generator from the Cortana Mall in Baton Rogue LA store in June 2009. The store attemped to deliver when I was not at home. I called about delivery and was told "let me check my camera", that was in January of 2010. What is the problem?I have a copy of my check indicating the store cashed the check. There is a problem about the honesty of those working in this store. Please check as to what happened. If you cannot find the generator refund my money.Hopefully, this is nothing more that a mis-communication, not honesty.

First I should say I normally go to Lowe's for my projects, however I have had two really bad experiences in lumber with Lowe's. The first was a couple of years ago, I was building a 40'x 25' shelter and some decks. I went to lowe's with a list and to my surprise could not get anyone in lumber to help us(Inverness, Fl Store) so we went 15 miles away to Home Depot in Crystal RIver. They were happy for the busness which was over 5k in lumber and other supplies and they delivered it to me. So I quit buying from Lumber unless I had small quantities I could carry from Lowe's here in town even though I like the store.

I decided to build a fence for my son in New Tampa the other day and went to their Lowe's store on Bruce B. Downs. I found what I needed and yes had to put it together myself, at 60 I do ok but no spring chicken, we're talking 6 - 60lb bags of cement, 5 - 60lb bags of rock, plus 4x4 posts. I check out and a employee offered to help me load it since it was a large order, well on the way out he a got call telling him to come back and help someone else, now would you believe as I am load all of this heavy stuff I look over and an employee is helping a lady load her suv with a few pieces of sod, but they could not spare someone to assist me. I do not get the Lowe's attitude in Lumber both in Inverness, fl and in New Tampa. I really hate to change I think Home Depot would appreciate my buisness.

I purchased a tiller at Lowes 2 years ago and it worked well the first year. Last year when I went to use the tiller the tiller ran horribly. I tried to get th tiller repaired, but I had lost my receipt. When I tried at the store, they toldme they did not have the information available any more. I could get the information from my credit card company, but that didn't matter, the repair place wanted to see the receipt. To top things all off, I tried to purchase an air filter for the tiller today and Lowes did not carry the specific air filter, but would have to special order it. Come to find out the tiller was made by MTD and you can only get the filters through them. If Lowes is going to sell something, you would think they would at least carry the maintenance parts for the item, especially if the item was made for them.

I went to Lowe's to buy some landscaping timber and a store employee came

towards me and instead of asking if I needed help just looked at me and keep on going didn't say too words to me so I finally had to walk around until I found some one and I was told that (I don't work in that area)Which

I is fine but the person in question could have called some one who does

work in that department on his radio but he didn't and walked off again I was left in the cold so to speak and as much money that I have spent there

I figure I should have been able to at least ask some one where the timber was located so I left and went to Menard's and guess what I got treated like a customer instead of a fixture.

I have bought everything from Lowes when I remodeled my whole house in the last few years. I always recieved A 10% discount from the management. Recently I went to the Camden SC Lowes where I always go and wanted to purchase an trialer. And management told me that there is no way __she could give me anything off on it, I said I could go to The two notch store and get it. She said that would be fine, so I did go there and yes I did get my discount. She didnt even ask me if I was military for the discount guess that dosnt matter anymore. Actually I think I was just the wrong color!!
