I returned a $700 'in warranty'unit on 4/15/10 and according to there website was to be replaced but has not shipped. They have no one to talk to and if you call their phone no. it states a wait of 30 minutes. after 25 min, the call is cut off. I want standard service or my money back. 5 weeks!
