Mr. Ferro is a very pleasant man who has no knowledge of designing a bathroom. He did not advise me as to appropriate dimensions for my fixtures-everything from bathtub and sinks are too large for the room. I let his lack of quality control pass and the fact that he misrepresented the use of sub contractors when I was very definite about his employees only working on my house. The major issue is that the grout between my tile is crumbling and no tile man will repair it because the tile was not set properly. In order to fix the problem--the tile will have to be replace. Mr. Ferro walked away from this job with very little money owe him and now I have a problem and no guarantee. He is one person I would suggest you avoid. There are many other issues--but you can understand his work ethics from the few I mentioned.
