We booked for refilling in the month of Sep that has not been honoured till date , Again we booked up some 15 days back even if the Bill no is given to us but still we are struggling for the filled cylinder. The concerned person is not responding to our calls also. Pls understand that i and my wife both are working in the software industry and we can't take leave so that whole the day we could chase them. Please help us out.
