I respectfully submit that since one and half year ago, (dt16-09-2008) the local gas agency M/s Sri Venkata Siddha Bhyravi gas agency at Ichapuram has not allotted gas connection in my favour nor did not registered my booking of LPG Indiana company so-far, while my repeated representations to the said dealer and the all the higher authorities for seeking justice in my complaint. They are received my representations and the IOC directed to the dealer to allot connection in my favour vide their office letter dated 31-12-2009. But, even now no action has been taken against the above gas agency since, the acts of the gas agency in my case comes under the provisions of MRTP ACT. Therefore, kindly initiate necessary action in this matter and do justice not only to me to the people of Ichapuram Town. I further request you please conduct magisterial enquiry on the line of the gas agency is doing untrade practice. ie., she is allotting gas connections with benami names in Orissa State, and selling the gas cylinders with abnormal rates in Orissa State. That is to say that she is doing smulling business with the help of the all higher officials by way of giving illegal gratifications and running her business in a smooth way. In such a case, the connection holders at Ichapuram is not getting good service from the gas agency. though gas is comes under essential commodity. Kindly, take appropriate action to the all who are involved in the scam and smugulling racket. For which the people of Ichapuram and myself are ever remain grateful to you and your department.
