Delay in delivery
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am the customer of Indan Gas through Puneet Gas Service (Agency Name ) address- Plot No.132, Pocket-F-2, sector-16, Rohini, Delhi-110085, facing lot of problems regarding booking & Delivery of cylinders as under:
1. Most of the Telephone numbers are not available/ not in working order as printed on their Cash Memo, in other gives engage tone.
2. Approximately after Half to One Hours continuously dialing if we connected then representative who sitting there, “Hold the Line” and they consumed approximately 15 to 20 Minutes to book the LPG.
3. On dated 26.06.2010 at 10:00 A.M a gas cylinder was booked against the Cust. No.PG-26658 through personal visit on above cited gas agency.
4. Till date (30.6.2010 at 6:30 P.M.) no response is initiated by the agency. This is the routine matter.
There for it is humble request kindly look into the matter & take necessary action.

We are the customers of Indane Gas and the same is distributed through M/s. M.V. Enterprises, N.M. Road, Avadi, Chennai-600 054. Presently whenever we book for the cylinder, the responses are very bad. The refill is not supplied to us even afte 2 months from the date of booking the refill. Though the roads leading to our area as not bad, the Loadman doesn’t take care to come and deliver the refills.

Whenever we try to register for the refill cylinder over to phone of M.V. Enterprises, (26556515, 26555865 and 26551554) is not at all attended by the Staffs of the Agency. When we go personally and the complaint about delay the supply of refills, there is very poor response and the Staff avoided replying. But the Bill is made immediately in front of us the refills are not distributed to us. We have personally seen the Loadman selling the refilled cylinders to non-customers of Indane and also selling to the tea shops at higher rate.

It is well known to you that, few months back many of the customers of M.V. Enterprises had gathered before the Agency and also involved in “Road Roko” and subsequently after the intervention of Higher authorities, the same was given-up the public and compromise was made stating that, “In future there will be not any delay in distribution of LPG”.

But the same attitude is adopted by the Agency and the refill cylinders are delayed abnormally. In this regard, when we called the Indian Oil Corporation Toll free numbers of 1800-2333-555 & 155233, we were abused by the M.V. Enterprises staffs for contacted the IOC. This attitude hurted us very much and presently we are helpless.

We now humbly request you to kindly intervene in this matter and make necessary enquiries once again and settle the issue. If your team does so, they will come to know many irregularities going in this Agency. Before the matter goes serious we request you kindly do the needful Sir/Madam.

Pathetic Services
I miss Sushma S Hatle consumer of LPG gas provided by Bharat Gas. My Consumer No. is 28071. The service been given by authorised dealer, Anita Gas Services, Virar. This Distributor is harassing customers by giving very pathetic services.Examples of the same are as under:

1. Distributor is not giving new regulator as replacement, and cheating customers by giving old repaired regulator.
2. LPG Gas Cylinder is provided only after 1 month & more.
3. Selling LPG Gas Cylinder by taking Rs.500/- extra from the customers.
4. No one is looking after customer's complaint.
5. Generating Fake Bills & charging high to the customers.
6. All the staff & mechanic are harassing customers by taking extra money from them.

LEKAGE IN SYLANDER
COOKWEL GAD SERVICE LUDHIANA A DEALER OF INDIAN OIL GAS DELIVERED A LEAKED SYLANDER AGAINST THE CONSUMER NO 030174. COMPLAINT LODGED ON 9/03/10 WITH THEM COMPLAINT NO 1 OF THAT DATE BUT NOT ATTENDED TILL DATE ON 30/03/2010 EVEN AFTER SEVERAL REMINDERS.

NO delivery of LPG
ITS VERY PAINFUL TO KNOW IOCL COPMPANY THAT THEY ARE FAIL TO MAINTAIN, LPG BOOKING THROUGH THE SMS SYSTEM. COMPANY ITSELF FAIL TO MAINTAIN THE SYSTEM AS CONSUMER HAS TO PUT 1OO SMS becoz they mention REG, DISTRIBUTOR PHONE NO.><CONSUMER NO.> FOR SMS BOOKING BUT WE HAVE TO PUT AGENCY CONSUMER NO. INSTEAD OF DISTRIBUTOR TELEPHONE NUMBER...WHAT A BLUNDER MISTAKE DONE BY COMPANY BY MISPRINTING WRONG INFORMATION TO PUBLIC AS I SPENT 100 RS TO BOOK THIS BUT FAIL THEN I CONTACT NEAR AGENCY THEY CLEARED BY MISTAKE WRONG INFORMATION PRINTED IN PAMPLET... BEING EDUCATED I AM FAIL TO BOOK THEN HOW COULD A ILLETERATE PEOPLE BOOK THE LPG...<br />

AS WE HAVREFILL THE LPG CYLINDER. AS MY CONSUMER NO IS 17856 A, under parul gas agency, burari, delhi-84... booking has done on 23 feb after a long hassled boooking system and my booking no is 21894 and till date the gas is not YET delivered and they accept booking after 20 days of booking and if the gas is not delivered in another 10 days as i am suffering from where i will go if my cylinder get empty in 3o days. no one is there to, isten our problem as i hope only customer can know each other pain through the complaint box. <br />
ALL BIG PEOPLE ARE FOR SHOW OFF NO ONE LISTEN PUBLIC PROBLEMMMMMMS...<br />

DELIVERY
I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder on dt. 05/02/2010 but yet today on 24.02.2010 there is not any response and nobody ready talk to us from the distributor of M/s. Adlakha Gas Agency Faridabad. Phone is Always Busy. Even in Holiday. If ringing they not pick the phone otherwise this was busy

Please give appropritae action for Adlkha Gas Agency Faridabad and inform them to delivery the cylinder in time and also they pick the phone regularly.
