irregular supply
I am uttam singh and user of indane gas service's LPG cylinder, and my connection no. Is 56312, would like you say that mt LPG distributor (captain gas service, sec. 12, pratap vihar, gaziabad ph: 2741924, 2743977, U.P.S.T GD - 00325956, C.S.T.MP-1/193) always deliver me under weight and late service. They deliver me 10 to 15 day after booking date. And they not give me my second cylinder of my connection, I ask many time please issue me my second cylinder. They deliver me 10 to 15 day after booking date. In between deliveryman offer me for black marketing cylinder. Please kindly help me; I am suffering from this problem for last 2 or 3 year

we are very soory to informe you. I have some complaint received from consumer against Nirmal Gas Services . Consumer flame the charge on godowan incharge . loose weight of sylinder and late delivery .

POOR SERVICE OF CYLINDER& MISS BEHAVE OF THE DEALER
DEAR SIR I WANT TO REQUEST THAT THE DEALER M/S JYOTI FLAMES SITUATED IN SIKANDRA BAD BULAND SHAHR UTTER PRADESH INDIA IS PROVIDING A VERY VERY BAD POOR SERVICE WE GET ONE CYLENDER IN 45 DAYS AFTER VISITING 4 OR 5 TIMES AT HIS OFFICE .

HIS BEHAVIER IS VERY INSULTING WITH THE CONSUMER AND HE IS USING A BULK OF CYLINDER IN TRANSPORT I HAVE LEGAL PROOF FOR THIS AND THE CONSUMER ARE VERY UPSET AT HIS BEHAVIER

SO I REQUEST YOU TO CHECK THIS DEALER SO THAT THE POOR PEOPLE TAKE BONAFIED BENEFIT AS PER LAW.

At the outset I take this opportunity to inform you that this is not a complaint but this is a prayer / request of your customer for better & smoother service. In Howrah, West Bengal, at Chaterjeehat there is this gas agency Chatterjeehat Gas Services authorised dealer for Indane Gas from which my family is being supplied LPG in the name of my father (Consumer No. – 41632) for domestic use. Nowadays most of the time they are keeping their phone aside and so customers get either phone busy or dead message. I've personally seen that, I called from mobile while standing there and it gave message saying number is busy but there was no one on phone. <br />

They had been supplying us uninterruptedly & smoothly since the inception of their dealership and we had no complaints about them. But unfortunately since last few months they have become irregular in all aspects viz. booking, phone responding, delivery etc. Presently they do not take any booking over phone to their own phone number and we used to book in phone booking cell (23480697). On 16th November 2009 I made a booking in the said number & got a booking number (676 dated 16.11.09) with assurance of 7 days delivery. When today after 9 days I did not get the delivery I contacted to the number 23480697 and they surprisingly have intimated me that I have wrongly booked prior to my due booking date and for this reason my dealer has cancelled my booking. On my cross questioning they answered that they will not give any warning regarding our such mistakes and finally I was compelled to do a fresh booking (1063 dated 25.11.09) today with a burden of unnecessary delay of 9 days.<br />

My question / matter of surprise is that I commit my mistake that I have made my booking erroneously prior to my valid / due booking date but why the booking authority did not tell me about my mistake while taking it as today all are maintained under computerized networking environment AND why my dealer has not intimated me that my booking has been cancelled and I have to book afresh in spite of possessing my phone number in their record. Due to this tassel my family has already started suffering a 9 days delay in next delivery. Will my dealer compensate this delay? I do not know what to do.<br />

Do somebody really care about my prayer? or it's just another dustbin for complaints against any Govt organization?<br />

Gas not available most of the times
There has been always a shortage of LPG at Taj Automobiles
96, Lamington Road, Bhadkamkar Road, Mumbai-400 007. Every two days if you call them to check if they have the stock, it is always a no. Even the owner of the Petrol Pump is a very rude person. Apart from that I was once fooled by one of the employees at the Petrol Pump. I had bought a car and I was not aware about many things such as filling the coolant. When I went to the petrol pump they asked me if they can check the oil and coolant. I said yes, and the guy changed the coolant saying that it had become green. Actually the colour of the coolant is supposed to be green which I learnt later. Also he opened the coolant cap when the car was hot and after that when I drove the car for another 3 km, the coolant had drained completely as the hose pip tore. I think the petrol pump is useless and they need to hand over the agency to another petrol pump. This is my humble request.

to out more than they were surpose to they only had premission to take out 69 dollars a one time fee.
They said that a one time fee of 69 dollars was to be taken out but they took twice the amount out of my child support debit card payment. so no Im not able to pay my rent. An order number was not gien to me now they say that they didnt take it off my card. and they dont know who took my money.

not listning the complaints in

Its a complaint regarding the abusement of the process of such a Icon company, today in the morning I Intimated my Gas Agency offical by personally visiting their office that my cylender is badly licking, they assured me that with in few hrs the cylender will be changed. at 12noon after much trial i succeed to contact them on telephonically and againg asked them about the replacement, once again lady official told me that they will replace it, but right now the time is about 2:30noon but no action has been take by the agency.

The position of the cylender is such that it is dangerous to my family life.

So you are requested to kindly take necessary action on priority basis.

New Connection
I had applied for a new LPG gas connection from Radha Govind Indane Gas Agency located at Kailash Nagar, Shastripark, New Delhi-110053. I applied on 11.10.2008. As per their policy, the agency will send a letter at my residence. With only that letter they can gave me a connection. But till today i didnt received any letter. on enquiry they told that they have send the letter by UPC.I am facing problem because of this. Kindly help me.

leaking cylinder delivered at home by Saroj Enterprises, Vikaspuri, New Delhi
We booked LPG Gas with our Agent M/s. Saroj Enterprises. They delivered the Cylinder at home in the evening i.e. at 5.45 pm . After few minutes of delivery it start leaking . We tried to contact them over phone but their office was closed that time . We tried to contact IOCL customercare but there was no response . Nobody was lifting the phone...The we kept the cylinder outside the home whole night ...

We don't know why this kind of service they are providing to customers, . If anything happened wrong who will be held responsible for the same.

Please look into it seriously and take appropriate action so that in future such kind of negligence will not be occurred with any customer.

Refill delay-Lying by Trilok staff
My consumer no is 37993 in Trilok gas agency, Adyar, Chennai. My refill request was registered on 18-4-08. When I have made atleast 6 telephonic/ personal enquiry and the staff present told me that it will be supplied within 2 days. But till 3-5-08 it is not supplied.

The staff were directed / told to lie to the customers and thus misguiding the customers. The reason for the delay is not told because of the mal practice going on?

This can go without the knowledge of IOC ?Concerned officers are keeping quite.
Staff are lying why ?

is it not alarming for a company like IOC...
