I am LPG consumer in Belthra Road, Ballia and since the company has established his office here local in belthra road, The Om GAs agency is not giving gas at proper time. Whenever consumer go to office they used to say gas not arrived, they are not taking phone booking, and taking 300 rs and not delivering at home. The gas usually comes in 1.5 kg to 2 kg less in weight, the gas delivery boy never comes with weighing machine. Owner talks to consumer that he is giving free of cost gas and his behavior is like owner and slave. Kindly let him to pasted the company circular about gas delivery rules and regulation and also the rate and weight.
