This is a follow up letter regarding receipt number #303826 and our check #3100. I have not received my travel magazine as of 3/27/2010. Your last letter stated I would receive my first issue no later than 3/27/2010. I have now waited 8 months and to date still not received my first issue of the travel magazine I ordered originally on 7/13/2009. Someone from your customer service department needs to call us immediately to rectify this situation.
