I ordered Zen Tubes from this company and have never recieved my package. No body EVER answers the phone and the only way I can get a reply from an e-mail is if I sound angry! The owner sent me some info claiming it was a reciept from USPS but it looked like he just typed in the date and my adress! If you search LTO anything in the amazon website you will find tons and tons of complaints! This company no longer sells on Amazon and I think I figured out why. There are a lot of compliments to but it looks as if the owner was putting them in himself to cover for all the bad complaints. In the complaints on amazon states many different issues like never getting there packages and keeping the customers money tied up. also you order one thing and get something completly different! Beware of this company!!! I will not be ordering from them ever again and will be filing a complaint with the BBB also, in which they are not registerd!
