I, Javeeda Shariff, traveled from USA on 9th January 2010 and arrived at Bangalore on the morning of the 11th at 3:30 AM by Kingfisher Airlines. Upon my arrival at Bangalore International Airport I was informed by Kingfisher Airlines that my two baggages had NOT accompanied me. I was requested to lodge a complaint for recieving the unaccompanied baggages.
I recieved my baggages through Bangalore airport employees at my address 149 5th Cross 2nd Block Jayanagar Bangalore 11, where one of my suitcases was fully damaged and placed in a transparent, plastic bag with all the contents removed and placed alongside the suitcase.
Upon the delivery of this baggage, the employee took a written complaint on the yellow missing baggage claim reciept stating that a pair of black Dr. Scholls orthopedic shoes worth $250 US dollars were missing,
Since the 11th of January, I have been sending numerous complaints and phone calls, all to no avail. Due to this lack of response from the Kingfisher airlines, I request Kingfisher to take immediate action, as I am leaving back to the United States on the 30th of January, and will not be able to travel without my medically prescribed orthopedic shoes. Please do the needful.
