I am still stunted by DHL Canada to fail to deliver. The day that they came to my home, I was home but they didn’t bother calling me to inform me that there was a delivery and just left a notice paper attach to my mailbox. I contacted them and try to reschedule and they said that they would the next day. I was home again and once again they fail to come. I again contacted them and guess what? They were not able to come again the following day. Three days of waiting, Wow!! Is this what you call “service”. Finally they said we would come on Friday, wait a minute I said, I would be back at work on Friday. I have been sitting at home for three days and you were not able to deliver and now that I have to go to work – you are willing to come and deliver. It doesn’t make sense and it doesn’t take three days to figure out a delivery. Therefore the solution, which I will make it easy for them, will be for me to pick it up. I immediately called the sender and they said that they had received a few complaints already from DHL not doing their job properly in the GTA area. I guess they do not care because of the “Canada Post strike”.
