3-4 day delay on your money before shipping and then cannot get anyone to answer the phone for days to get the refund process started. So my stuff was reordered--sent and recieved from another vender before my 2-3 day priority came from The New Connection. Now they want 3 more days to credit the account. So my bank account stand to be overdrafted so they can delay my order. They were also informed not to send it and still continued. My guess is to collect a larger shipping fee.
