On Jan1, 2011 I attempted to download your antivirus software. My credit information was taken. No download was allowed. I am not using this software. I have been charged $79.90 by my bank (Capital One credit card). I tried to call to work this out with Lucky - Software COMBAKU but was never given the option of talking to a real live person. I want to know how to resolve this issue. It is not available to use on my computer but I have been charged. It was never downloaded. I do not WANT this software. Because I couldn't download it, I purchased antivirus through Norton. That is who I am using. I have not received anything on the computer or via mail from you.
Any suggestions? I am a very reasonable woman, but $79.90 is a lot of money to me. I cannot afford to pay for something I don't have and can't use. Please respond to me via email: [email protected].
