I TRAVELLED WITH LUFHTANSA FROM U.S.A TO MOROCCO VIA FRANKFORT AND I REACHED MOROCCO LATE AT 1.00 PM
I HAD 6 LUGGAGES AND I WAS TIRED TO CHECK MY LUGGAGES AT THE AIRPOT MAINLY WE WAITED 10 HOURS IN FRANKFORT, MY CHILDREN ARE SMALL AND WERE VERY TIRED, THERE WAS A PORTOR WHO CARRIED ALL MY LUGGAGES OUTSIDE.
THE DAY AFTER I DISCOVERED THAT TWO LUGGAGE WERE TORN AND SOME ITEMS WERE MISSED (STHETOSCOPE, CUFF AND 5 MEN PERFUMES.
I CALLED THE AGENCY IN CASABLANCA THEY REFUSED TO DO A REPORT THEY ASKED ME TO GO TO THE AIPORT TO DO IT, I WENT THERE BUT THERE WAS NO HELP AND REFUSE TO FILE A CLAIM, THEY SAID THAT A CLAIM SHOULD DONE AT THE ARRIVAL.
MY LUGGAGE IS ALL TORN AND I HAVE TO BUY NEW ONES FOR MY TRIP TO THE U.S AGAIN. I NEED YOUR HELP
I HAVE TRAVELLED WITH MANY AIRLINES AND HAD NEVER THIS PROBLEM IN FILING A CLAIM THE DAY AFTER OF MY ARRIVAL, THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I CAME BY LUFHTANSA AND THE RESPONSABLE OF SERVICE CLAIM WAS VERY RUDE.
