On 14 December, 2009 I ordered a microwave oven and a luggage set as Christmas Gifts while shopping online. I paid over $75.00 for delivery and never received the luggage set which was not the set I wanted to start with. I ordered an alternate three piece set to give to my daughter for Christmas. My checking account was charged on 16 Dec. and the microwave arrived two days later, but no luggage. When I contacted the online customer service person I was told they were back ordered and it would be a couple of weeks. I decided to wait and still nothing happened despite my repeated emails checking on progress. I got a "canned" response and decided to request my payment returend to my checking account. i have not heard anything from Sear's, not an alternate settlement or anything to resolve the problem. Now it's Feb and still no money returned and no luggage either. I want my account credited the $52.49. I have shopped Sear's since moving to my current location and love the people in the stores, but will not ever deal with an on line purchase again. There is always Lowe's and Home Depot to get what I need and my house will be getting a makeover, but not with Sear's products. It's too bad the reps. on line don't take their job seriously. They don't see people face to face, so they could care less. Maybe their jobs will mean something if they lose them. I just want my money back so I can get the luggage I promised my daughter.
