I received an email that appeared to be an amazing opportunity to give to needing families while providing me the opportunity to work for them in processing donations. It seemed wonderful and legit considering their website at lchapmanhome.org was well structured and had great information so I sent my information. Even "electronically" signed their contract. When I didn't receive anything back from them I began to investigate and found that this was a scam.
The email came from a "Steven Fernandez" and stated the following:
Dear Makazi Mtingwa,
My name is Steven Fernandez and I am the Senior Human Resource manager for Luis Chapman Foundation.
I have just found your information at one of the jobs portal
and I think that you would be interested in two job vacancies
at Luis Chapman Foundation: CSR (twenty hours weekly) and Corporate CSR (30 hrs weekly).
Both job involve a lot of attentiveness, independence and responsibility, but they are well paid.
The incomes of CSR and Corporate CSR are US $32, 200 and US $65, 400, respectively.
Makazi, if you are independent enough to work at the comfort of your own home or office,
and if you are a quick learner and ready to develop your customer service and management skills,
please contact me and I will give you a very detailed overview of these positions.
Sincerely,
Senior HR manager, Steven Fernandez
