I signed up for a 10 day trial of thier
teeth whitening product. At the bottom
of the trial offer it did state that you
had 20 days to cancel if you did not
wish to continue to receive their product. I did not receive the trial
product until 14 days after I ordered
it. The trial was for 1 week of
daily treatments. How do you decide if
something is working for the complete
trial period if you do not have a full
week to decide you only have 4 days
left before you decide to continue. I
was not able to determine the product
did not work until past the 20 days.
The company then billed my Credit
Card for $88.98 for a 30 day supply of
the product. To this date I have never
received the 30 day supply, they mailed
me another 10 day trial packet and
charged me $88.98 for this. I did
send an e-mail to the company requesting
that I not receive any more product as
the product did not do what was claimed
They e-mailed back and said that my
account was cancelled but that since I
had not requested that it be cancelled
before the 20 days expired they would
not refund my money. I feel that I did
not get what they charged me for and
feel that I am entitled to a full
refund of the $88.98 as I never
received what it was stated in their
advertising I would receive for that
charge. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS
COMPANY AS THEY DO NOT DO WHAT
THEY SAY THEY WILL DO.
