I ordered the free trial shipment of Luminious Brites for $4.99. Their whitining product was very inefective. I called and canceled within the 20 day time period (as required), but was still sent a second shiment about 3 or four weeks later. For this unauthorized shipment I was charged $88.97 on my credit card. I have called the support line @ 1800-360-1477 four seperate times in order to complain to a superviser from customer service and request a refund. Each time after waiting on hold for 3o-60 minutes I was told the only way I could reach customer service was through their e-mail at www.LuminiousBrites.com. I have now left three seperate e-mails asking for a call back in order to discuss this matter and to request the required RMA# in order to send it back within their 15 days required time. I have not recieved one call back from Luninious Brites and have only recieved one e-mail from them. They sent me a copy of the contract ( which I had previously read) but still would not send me the RMA# in order to send it back. It is now just past the 15 day return period and I have still not heard from their customer service department. I am interested in joining a class action lawsuit against "Luminious Btites " Marcie Mandich
