With drew money from my account without permissiom. 88.87

In October 2008 I responded to an unsolicited email from www.iwinwhitening.com advertising a teeth whitening product. I ordered the product for $4.99 and it was sent to me.

In November 2008 the same account I used to purchase the whitening product was debited by the same company, www.iwinwhitening.com, for a larger supply of the product in the amount of $88.97.

I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THE COMPANY TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT FOR ANY PRODUCT EXCEPT THE TEETH WHITENING PRODUCT AND GAVE NO ONE IN THE WORLD PERMISSION TO USE MY ACCOUNT FOR ANY PURCHASES WHATSOEVER AFTER THE ORIGINAL ORDER OF THE TEETH WHITENING PRODUCT PURCHASE.

Calling their office number: 1-866-440-7533 resulted in a conversation with a customer service person who told me that because I did not "cancel my membership" after the initial order they sent the subsequent larger order and billed me for it. He told me to send an email to [email protected] requesting to be removed as a "member" and that I could take up the billing issue with the support person responding to me email.

I did not become a member of any sort with www.iwinwhitening.com or with "luminous brites" at any time that I am aware of. As of this writing, although I sent the requested email to [email protected] I have not heard back from them.

THIIS IS A FRAUD AND I NEED MY MONEY BACK.

I ordering for the introductory product for $4.99, and they send me another kit end charge 87.00 dls and I NOT AUTORIZE, I want to cancel on the web, but the page no download. I want the money banck in may credit card...

I did not order anything except my free trial. I got charged $88.97 a few weeks after I received my FREE trial. I only had to pay shipping and handling. I want my account credited for the $88.97. I didn't give any permission for them to charge me on my credit card.

I read the flyer and decided it was not for my liking when they clearly stated " . . . you have been enrolled in the 30 day continuity propgram in which you will receive a refill of Luminous Brites . . . for $88.97 every 30 days . " I did Not sign up for this " continuity program ". I therefore called their 1-866-360-1477 number and was told to go to their web site and state reasons for " Letter Refund ". So as a result of getting a run-a-round, I am requesting a "RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER" and authorizating my credit card company to stop payment, And notifing my attorneys of this grave unjustice, knowing that hundereds of citizens are taken advantage of.
