I ordered a free sample of a tooth whitening produce from the Luminous Brites company and paid for the shipping and handling ONLY. I never agreed to anything else. I NEVER AUTHORIZED the charging of ANY additional funds from my account nor did I join any group or membership. I received the produce and never had another thought about this company until they illegally removed funds from my account on...11-3-08 of $88.97. I am currently on disability and would have never authorized anything out of my account. I called them and they told me I could ask for a refund at the following email:
[email protected] I could not talk to anyone on the phone and they would not do anything for me and were very rude and hung up on me. I went to the web-site and found "tons" of complaints for the same thing. They are taking peoples hard earned money without their permission or knowledge. In fact, I don't even know what the $88.97 is for. I have never received any correspondence, any products, any bills, etc. I want my money back in my bank account with any fees that this may cost me.
