illegal charges to my account
I received a free sample of teeth whitening cream for shipping only price.
A few weeks later got more than I needed and hadn't ordered and was charged $88.97 on my cfredit card without my permission.
I have tryed to call the company and am put on hold for so long I realize no one is going to answer so I tryed to cancel on line and can't do that either. I want them to cancel me and need a way to get a hold of them. This is nonsense. Linnadean

charged my credit card for $ 88.97. I did send for a sample which cost 4.95, but I never authorized anything after that
I ordered a free sample online and paid shipping charge 0f 4.99 on 9/16/08.
Another sample or order was sent to me a few weeks later, which I did not order. So i called and said i did not want anything sent to me.
Yesterday my credit card bill has a charge of $88.97 on it, none of which I authorized. I called the # on the card and he guy I spoke with was a real jerk.
I want this charge off my credit card or i will go to the Attorney General.

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES TAKEN FROM BANK ACCOUNT
I ordered a free sample of a tooth whitening produce from the Luminous Brites company and paid for the shipping and handling ONLY. I never agreed to anything else. I NEVER AUTHORIZED the charging of ANY additional funds from my account nor did I join any group or membership. I received the produce and never had another thought about this company until they illegally removed funds from my account on...11-3-08 of $88.97. I am currently on disability and would have never authorized anything out of my account. I called them and they told me I could ask for a refund at the following email: [email protected] I could not talk to anyone on the phone and they would not do anything for me and were very rude and hung up on me. I went to the web-site and found "tons" of complaints for the same thing. They are taking peoples hard earned money without their permission or knowledge. In fact, I don't even know what the $88.97 is for. I have never received any correspondence, any products, any bills, etc. I want my money back in my bank account with any fees that this may cost me.

Misrepresentation
I wasn't aware of the fact that if I sampled their product and didn't cancel within 20 days that this company would send me more of this teeth whitening product, charging me $88.97 every 30 days. I only agreed, to my knowledge, that I would pay the postage on a trial basis and if I wanted to continue it would be my decision. I am going to cancel this 30 day continuity program and I am returning the shipment I just received, without my permission I might add. Also, I am contacting my bank to stop any charges made to me. I will never put myself in this situation again. It's too bad because I have had business transactions many times with reputable companies and never once have I been put in this position of having to defend myself to discontinue something I never agreed to in the first place.

Unauthorized removal of funds from bank account

I am currently unemployed and would have never authorized anything out of my account because 4 years ago I had identity theft and I DON'T DO THAT. I also just had enough money in my account to feed my family and they took every dime I had plus more. I called them and they told me I could ask for a refund at the above web-site. I could not talk to anyone on the phone and they would not do anything for me and hung up on me. I went to the web-site and found "tons" of complaints for the same thing. How can these people continue to steal peoples hard earned money. I liked the product and would probably have went and bought more of it on my own BUT I will not now. In fact, I don't even know what the $88.97 is for. I have never received any correspondence, any products, any bills, etc. What is going on? I want my money back in my bank account with a fees that this cost me (2 NSF FEES OF $32.00 EACH FOR A TOTAL OF $64.00, their charge over-drafted my account and my only other charge for my car insurance was charged an overdraft fee. I want my money returned immediately. The total to be returned to my account will be $152.97. This is to be done immediately before I am forced to take legal action. The following are the names of the agents at Genix Marketing that I spoke to: Mark James, Larry (would not give me his last name), Joe Phillips and Sam Davis. I am sure that some of these names were made up and were in fact the same people several times.

Free Trial - Teeth Whitening
READ THE AGREEMENT. The Free Trial is not free. If you do not cancel within 20 days, your credit card will be charged $88 for a 1 month supply. The 10 day trial lasted only 5 days. The product is marginal and the whitening trays are poor quality. Do not waste your time or money.

I ordered a sampling of a tooth whitening product( just a sampling) and paid $5.99. I DID NOT subscribe to a monthly subscription to this teeth whitening product. Without my knowledge you assumed that I wanted this subscription, when in fact I DID NOT. You now have charged me $88.97 for something that I DID NOT subscribe to. I expect to be reimbursed my $88.97 just as quickly as you took it out. I only agreed to the $5.99 for the sampling and that was it. Thank You

This company is a rip off - they charge my credit card without authorization - I never even received the product that i was being charged for - what the hell!!! they get your credit info to pay for just the shipping - yea right - then they charge 90.00 on your card as well for something that you never even got to begin with - THIS IS A RIP OFF - DO NOT EVEN SIGN UP FOR THE FREE TRIAL - THAT IS HOW THEY GET YOU!!! ASSHOLES

Fraud
I never knowingly authoritzed this company to charge my account $88.97 like they did, I truly never read the terms and conditions that I will in the future. These people at the 800 customer service line are rude ignorant people who do not care. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Too bad we have companies like this since now I will no longer order on the internet from companies. I will stick with Amazon for everything.
