No RMA for Cancellation
I did not receive all that was due. No toothpaste..No gel and when I tried to cancel I could not get a RMA or confirmation number..so that I would not get billed..I am taking other measures (at the bank) to make sure that I am not billed.

A BIG SCAM GOING ON,TAKING FUNDS UNAUTHORIZED
THIS A REAL BAD SCAM GOING ON, WAS JUST STUPID TO DO IT! NOT SENT WHAT THEY TOLD AND UNAUTHORIZED MONEY TAKEN. THIS IS SOOOO BAD AND DISHONEST!!!

unarthorized payment (s)
I order teeth whitening products from Crest web-site and now my account has been charged for $88.97. I did not authorize these payments and am surprised that Crest tooth paste is allowing this to happen to people that view and order from their web-site.

Unauthorized transaction
This company really sucks!!! They will offer you a sample product for $4.99 & then just debit your bank account with $88.97 in a couple of days without contacting you first for the transaction that they're going to make. Does anybody here got a refund?I try to call them & they say they don't entertain refund by phone, just email theor customer support. When I email them, they still would not give me a refund. What is that $88.97 for???They should give us refund or I will really contact my bank for a dispute.Because this company is really stealing money from their consumers!!!

Took money without approval
I was very upset when this company took $88.97 out of my checking account without approval.
When I contacted them they said it was stated in the small print of the e-mail.
This is a terrible company if they are trying totrick people by putting statemnets in small print at the bottom of a e-mail.
Do not use this company!!!

unauthorized transaction
i decided to try your free sample for teeth whitening for the $4.99 shipping and handling...
i never received the sample, they say they delivered it and have a tracking # as well.
the address they say it was sent to is my business.
it's tender loving care dog grooming. i receive packages here on a dailey basis, but i sign for them all.
i have several stores connected to me and i am located in a very busy city.
it could've gone in the wrong mail box or someone could've taken it if it was left outside.
either way, i should not be responsible for this!
i never received the trial so i didn't feel i had to cancel anything!
i called to get my refund and not only were they rude, it literally took 2hrs to get someone on the phone.
i made sure i got his info. i tried to explain my delema and how unfair it was and larry proceeded to tell me that "life wasn't fair" and to pretty much deal with it!
i want to make sure everything is cancelled and i get my refund for$88.97.

Did not authorize 88.97 charge
I did not realize there was going to be and on going charge for this product. I am requesting that you give me a refund of the 88.97 and send a cancellation of charges conformation number to my bank. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

I signed up for a $4.99 trial. That's it, a trial not a membership!!!Get your facts straight before you take peoples money. This company is a rip off.

Merchandise I did not order.
I order a free shipment for a tooth whitener for shipping only. I received another shipment for $88.97 I did not understand that this is the way it was supposed to be and I can not afford this product. Please have it taken off my credit card and I am mailing it back.
