unauthorized charge
I, like many others of you, ordered the $4.99 trial offer of the Luminous Brites bleaching system. I cancelled before the 20days on the website (1-03-09). I received another syringe of the bleach the 30 of January. I called the customer service office and cancelled again on the 30th of January. They claimed they did not get my cancellation on the website. Now, I have been billed for $88.97 for something I have cancelled twice. In my opinion, this is a crime-white collar-blue collar-whatever, but a crime non the less. Companies should not be allowed to send a follow up order of a product without express permission from the customer. We should all be reimbursed for this tacky business trick. Rocky Mount, N.C.

unathorized credit card charges
After recieving a "FREE "Trial Size Luminous Brites teeth whitening system I was not happy with the product. On Dec. 1, 2008 my credit card was charged $88.97 by the colon cleanse 700 compny for the "Membership" in the luminous brites teeth whitening system.I never agreed to any membership for this product and never had any dealings with the colon ckeanse 7oo at all. These 2 companies seem to be 1 in the same.Different product same scam.I returned the luminous brites but have still not recieved a refund and probably never will because when you call their number they put you on hold and NEVER come back on the line.It is a machin=e that answers and then leaves you waiting.I sat for 90 minuets trying to get a conformation return number and finally hung up. This company/companies are ripp off artists of the highest degree.Do Not Order their "FREE" trial teeth whitening system because they then tell you that you joined a membership and charge your credit card for stuff you didn't like, sent back and do not want.

Totally fraudulent company
I've been trying to cancel the product for 3 months and I can't do it, they keep saying that my name is not (last name) in their systems, but I keep having withdrawals of $88.97. These people at the 800 customer service line are rude ignorant people who do not care. This company is a total fraud.

Unauthorized charges
So this is how my 'nightmare' begins, I was sent an email approx. 3 months ago and the email stated that you could receive a free trial of tooth whitener for shipping and handling fee only. I did pay the fee unbeknowst to me that would come back to haunt me 3 months later when they unlawfully charged my credit card for $88.97. As soon as I was charged, I checked the bank statement as to what was going on with this transaction.
The only clue I had to go on that it was from Glendale, Ca. I immediately contacted my local bank and was advised in order to be reimbursed I must file a police report. The Police Dept. advised that they would report the unlawful transaction to the High-Tech Crimes Division but since the perpretators are not local, not much chance of getting any local enforcement agency to act on the complaint/report that I filed in order to satisfy the local financial institution.
Of course again, like so many that have reported this, I did try to call their #'s and that was the first thing I did but never got any answer than a blatant recording of how to 'so call cancel' your account via email and then the recording would just hang up after that message. You could never leave them a message for you to call back. And forget about trying to cancel on the internet, after all what and when did you sign up for it? I sure never saw the 'so called 'fine print' to cancel after your 'free trial'.
I am just so furious after I learned what happened and like so many others that have complained as well about the same story, I knew that I was scammed as well which has made me madder than hell. The ironic thing is that after I reported all this to the authorities, they have the adasity to send me another kit with proper documentation this time. I have since turned this over to the local authorities as proof of this so called scam.
And of course, they now include how to cancel the future shipments but I sure don't recalling anything in the email to back up that I signed up for extra shipments, etc. One more thing to this story, my email has since disappeared and also the so called shipping and handling fee were never charged from the bank either. What a coincidence!

RIP OFF!!!!
When you go online to get your FREE TRIAL do not forget to read the terms and conditions that were UNCLEAR!! Apparently you will get charged 88.00 and some change if you do not cancel in 20 days. Well, everyone assumes a free trial is a free trial. NO strings attached right? WRONG!!! Well, I called the company to see if I could get a full refund and the woman was so rude. Probably the rudest person i've EVER dealt with. She was pretty much laughing at me and saying it was my fault! I asked the speak to the manager a bunch of times and she laughed and said I am the manager. She made comments like I was stupid and I can't tell you how mad I was. The only thing I got from her is to send an email to the address online and they would contact me and give me an RMA number. I did that OVER a month and a half ago and they have been avoiding me. The person finally wrote back today and was EVEN MORE RUDE THAN THE FIRST PERSON! I have all of these emails documented and plan to take action against the company. Their customer service is rediculous! DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT!!! We finally got the RMA number today but who knows what'll come of it. But it says it has to be within 15 days of the post mark on the envelope and it took them almost 2 months to get back to us. SO>>> you can answer the rest yourself. They screw you and they do not care!!!

company refused to issue refund for unwanted product
ordered trial product for $4.99...they shipped 2nd shipment and charged me $88.97. According to thier "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" if I called I could get return merchandise authorization # (RMA#) to return product for full refund within 15 days. They ignored my numerous emails and phone calls. I had to dispute on my credit card and I filed complaint with Better Business Bureau (whose phone calls were also ignored) by this company. This company is a SCAM. Do not purchase anything from them EVER. I got scammed for almost $90. Do research on all companies before you ever order from them. BBB is always a good place to start. I've learned my lesson. Spread the word about this company who doesn't follow their own terms and conditions.

Scam
Another variation on the theme: I ordered, they tray system sucks and I didn't use it, I received two more tubes of gel and $88.97 charge on my credit card. I called and cancelled my bogus "membership" and was told to email support for an RMA number to return the unused and unopened product. Email support said basically, "too bad, so sad." $90 is a chunk of change for nothing and what's worse is that they are laughing all the way to the bank. How can this be allowed to continue? How can we stop this?

will not refund my money
I sent for a trial off for a teeth whitener. It cost 4.99 plus 1.00 shipping..I received it, used it, and then was going to buy it at a local drugstore, when another shipment of the same trial arrived, or so I thought. It was my "monthly" supply of the teeth whitening product, and they informed me that I would be charged 88.97 per month for future shipments. They said I could cancel at anytime and they gave me a website...so I cancelled, kept the receipt, sent back the whitener. It still has not been put back in my checking account so I called them...it sounds like the same story they are giving everyone...I should have read the fine print...I do not remember seeing any fine print...I only wanted a sample...so now what do I do to get my money bacK? they told me to write to their billing dept, so I will try that but I doubt that I will have much luck. Thanks, for a place to air my gripes and warn others. Polly Dersch
