Charge Card
I want them to take the charges off my credit card that they charged on November 17/2008 per phone conversation with Mr. David Jenkins. I did not authorize them to charge this. I had already cancelled with them and they sent me another sample. They are really hard to get ahold of on the phone. You have to wait for at least 20 minutes before anyone answers. I do not want to have to go through this again... Please remove all charges that you have put on my credit card or else I will speak to my attorny.

Ripoff.
I ORDER A FREE SAMPLE OF A WHITENING PRODUCT FROM LUMINOUS BRITES AND PAID WITH MY CREDIT CARD THE SHIPPING CHARGES. I NEVER AGREED TO ANYTHING ELSE, IN THE INFORMATION THEY INCLED WITH THE SAMPLE THEY WROTE: WE HOPE YOU ENJOY THE PRODUCT AND CONTINUE TO PURCHASE FROM US IN THE FUTURE. THE SAMPLE WAS SEND ON; 10-29-08 AND THEN AGAIN ON: 11-18-08 THEY SEND A NEW SHIPMENT AND CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD IN THE AMOUNT OF $ 88.97. I TRY BY PHONEAND BY EMAILS TO OBTAIN THE ADDRESS TO RETURN THE SHIPMENT AND TO RECEIVE THE CREDIT, BUT WAS IMPOSSIBLE. FINALY YESTERDAY 12-4-08 I RETURN THE ON SOLICITED SHIPMENT BY MAIL TO THE ADDRESS SHOWN IN THE ENVELOPE. I DO HAVE THE CERTIFICATE FROM THE POST OFFICE. AND I DO HOPE ALL COMPLAINT LETTERS WILL ALERT POOR INDIVIDUALS SUCH AS MYSELF.

Rip-off
They offer you a free sample just for paying the shipping, then charge you $88.97 for one months supply if you don't cancel in 20 days. The number they give you to cancel tells you "all lines are busy, try back later". They are still busy at 2am. The web site they give does not even exist.Very blatten rip off

No Help/No Refund/Fraud
I didn't care for the initial trial and wanted to return the next 2 shipments that they rushed out to me. I called their support & after waiting on the hold line for a very long time they said i needed to email support at Luminous to get a RO # for a credit. I emailed twice with no response. Called support line again and waited 14 minutes for someone. They would only tell me that I had to email for RO & wouldn't do anything to help me. I asked for a supervisor & he said he was & kept repeating that my only option is to continue to email for an RO#. Oh, & I was hung up on 3 different times with support too. Still no resolve on my credit for the $88. This is definitely a rip off company.

charging credit card without authorization
This company is the lowest of the low. They send the free trial and give 20 days to cancel or you get automtatically charged for your first month's product. Then the sample product doesn't come for almost 20 days, but they pop a charge on your CC and don't even bother to actually send the product. A class action law suit should be leveled at the perpetrators of this consumer fraud.

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES
I ORDERED A FREE TRIAL ONLINE AND WAS CHARGED RIGHT AWAY FOR THE SHIPPING WHICH WAS $5.99. I DID ACTUALLY READ WHERE IT STATED THAT A CHARGE WOULD BE PLACED IF IT WAS NOT CANCELLED IN 20 DAYS. I CURRENTLY WORK @ A BANK AND SEE THESE SCAMS ALL THE TIME...SO I WAS PROACTIVE WITH CALLING AND CANCELLING. I ATTEMPTED SOOO MANY TIMES AND DID NOT GET AN ANSWER FROM THIS COMPANY. I THEN CLOSED THAT DEBIT CARD AND ORDERED A NEW ONE. THIS IS ONE WAY TO STOP THEM FROM TAKING YOUR MONEY...IF THEY ALREADY HAVE TAKEN THE FUNDS YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO DISPUTE IT DUE TO THE FACT THAT YOU DID NOT AUTHORIZE THE TRANSACTION

Refund my money
I sent in a complaint on 11/14/08 and I've gotten NO response. I would like to be reimbursed my full amount of $88.97. I did not order your product and I have not received your product and I DO NOT WANT IT. Please send my $ to me ASAP. I will continue to send these complaints to your complaint Department until I've received my Full Refund of $88.97 that was charged to me without my consent or approval. Cindy Lindsey-

fraud
I responded to an add on the computer to a "free trail" to whiten teeth, just had to pay shipping. I did receive it, didn't like it and thought that was that. Well, another delivery came and a note saying $88.97 was being charged to my account every 30 days. I tried calling this "micky mouse" company and got rude workers (Larry Fisher and Ranald, if even their real names) who were down right rude. I DON'T want this product, I don't want these charges and all I got was attitude of tough luck.

misleading
I also was charged $88.97 on my credit card for a product that I did not want. I only wanted the free sample for the price of the shipping for $4.99. If I would have known they would do this I would not of ordered from them. They are misleading on there ad .
