Charged $88.97 to account and was not authorized.
I ordered free trial and paid $5.99 for shipping. Did not receive in time stated and was charged $88.97. I did not review bill as I pay on online. I received call from Credit Card company this morning and was told of this and that another $88.97 was charged this am. I did not authorized either $88.97 payments. I requested that these charges be removed.

unauthorized charges
Free trial for product however when I tried to cancel I found the web site did not exist. They are billing my credit card and keep sending me the product I do not want it. How do I stop them and get my money back?
How do I stop these people?

Will not refund
I have been trying to get a RMA number from Luminousbites for weeks now. According to their policy, I need one to return a shipment. They will not answer their phones and will not give me a RMA number by email. Now what? Help!

false advertising
The advertisement suggested that the cost of shipping ($4.95) would only be the cost of the product as a promotional teaser, with no additional cost ($88.97) per month shown/ listed on the website, nor that any additional shipment of the product monthly was indicated in the advertisement. As noted in other complaints for this product the telephone number is not real/answered, nor is the cancellation via email. I am reporting this product to the BBB, my bank, and anyone who will help shut this company down.

Credit Card
This company advertises a free trial sample. As ususal nothing is free, therefore needed a credit card# to pay for the shipping. One month later they have used my credit card (unauthorized) to charge for another order of this free product. I have requested a refund and am only told that I can cancel any future shipments. I will return this item, and as anything else one purchases, I would like my $ returned to me.

Fraud
I ordered the trial, and was not satified with the result and I e-mailed customer support within the 20 days (SIX)times to CANCEL also I called several times too and the only results I got was a e-mail telling me I didnt CANCEL in time and and I called my bank to put a stop on the payment but it had already went through now i have been charged a stoppage fee frm my bank and the $88.79 from LuminousBrites.I have all my proof that It was cancelled in time, all the people that have been taking advantage of we should ban together and file a (LAWSUIT) because this is not right its a FRAUD and RIP-OFF.And the 1-866-360-1477 you cant even get through on that number any more, also LuminousBrites is not the correct name its just the product name.

No refund
Ordered the free sample which burned my gums badly. When they sent me the refill I could not use and did not want, they refused to take it back unopened. Charged my credit card almost $90 for a 30 day supply!!! I have called repeatedly and emailed custmomer service repeatedly just like they say and have never gotten any reply except, "Sorry, you signed the agreement." This is a rip-off. They should certainly allow you to send back any onopened packages for a refund.

sent me product I didn't want
I ordered a sample - ONLY! I got it and did not know that they would continue to send it to me without my asking for it! I got an order I did not want - I called the company and cancelled and sent back the two syringe order that I got, unautherized. I got my credit dard bill today and I was charged $88.97 for an order that I sent back and cancelled! I want my money back!
