unauthorized use of a credit card
I have tried repeatedly to contact this company and with no results. They have sent me a second shipment without
authorization and have since charged my credit card. $89+ I have called my credit card company to try to stop the
payment and the a sending me a paper to fill out. So until then I don't know what to do to contact this company. Will they be able to keep accessing my credit without authorization.
They give you lots of info to contact them but there is no one there. The web site does not exist and the phone number
puts you on hold for hours and hours with no results. Don't know where else to turn. Besides the product is JUNK

I fell for an internet scam
I fell for their advertisement and ordered a trial offer for the cost of shipping. Today I received a new supply and I am being charged $88.97. I tried to email to cancel and the website this company provided does not show up as a website. I called and cancelled my ordered. The phone seemed to work, but the man taking my call only took my zip code and my name and told me he would take care of it. Do not fall for this scam. No where did the ad say that I was signing up for something that I would get every month. In fact, when I received my sample there weren't even instructions in the envelope. Laura

Received free trial offer;month later received pkg stating per our terms and conditions continue program and billed $88.97 for 30 day supply;no terms or conditions stated in initial offer. Phone number appears fictional; no answer on several attempts to call. Web site also not responsive.

ripoff
Luminous brites is a complete scam and a ripoff. They take unauthorized monies out of your account. They continue to send junk to your address without your permission.
I am so angry with them that I am not only writting this complaint but I also am contacting the better buisiness bureau and the States Attourney general. I want my money back and I will stop at nothing to ensure that nobody I know will ever be ripped off by these scoundrels.
GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!

unauthorized deduction from bank account
I ordered a free sample of teeth whitening from a company and paid for shipping and handling ONLY. I did not authorize a transaction for $88.97 from my bank account. Cancel and refund my acount for $88.97 and take me off the mailing list. CREDIT MY ACCOUNT NOW!! Discontinue my membership that you have enrolled me in.

I agree that it is such a rip off for almost 88 dollars! They also only give a 20 day trial period as most places give a 30 day trial.It is so not worth the little syringe of the product!

misleading
I got caught in the free try it for 14days for4.99. I ended up getting it 11 days after it was sent and then 10 days after I got the product they charged 88.97 on my credit card. In the 2nd package it said I had a 20 day free home trial and every 30 days I would be charged 88.97. I did not know they could charge on my card without permission. I canceled my membership to a program I did not know I was in.
