	November 24, 2008 Can't get my refund Tried a free sample then was billed $88.97 without my authorization. I have had to cancelle the product and still my account has not been credited I was not told that they would be taking this money out of my account every 30 days. This product is NOT FDA approved. I want my money back. I hope you can help it has been a week now, and I still have had not response to my e-mails. Oh and don't try to call thats a joke. Becky
	November 24, 2008 unauthorized charges I ordered a free product from this company-short of shipping and handeling for 4.99. Next thing I know I am being charged 88.97 for a product I have not yet received. I have emailed and emailed and phoned and no one will reply - well the first two emails they replied and then nothing. I would really like my money back
	November 22, 2008 teeth whitening I got another shipment and have been charges about $88. and didn't authorize it. This wasn't stated in the original agreement for $4.99.
	November 22, 2008 FRAUD I TELEPHONED TV AD TO OBTAIN ONE FREE OFFER FOR SHIPPING COST ONLY OF APX $5.00 TEETH WHITENING PRODUCT, BUT WAS BILLED $89.00 FOR MONTHLY PROGRAM ON MY VISA CHARGE CARD. ENCLOSURE OFFERED THE ABOVE WEBSITE TO CANCEL, BUT I WAS UNABLE TO ACCESS. I ALSO TELEPHONED 1-866-360-1477 BUT ONLY RECEIVED A RECORDING OFFERING THE ABOVE WEBSITE FOR CANCELATION. I BELIEVE THIS TO BE FRAUDULENT CONDUCT AND WILL REQUEST MY VISA CARD TO STOP PAYMENT IF I CAN.

I do not wish to continue this nor do I want the second package I received. When I called about this today I was told to contact this email address for cancellation and refund. Please reply. 	November 21, 2008 charged for auto enroll Just checked the terms & conditions for returning unwanted monthly supply. You have to write to: [email protected] and get what is called a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number or they will not process your request. Unfortunately for me, I marked the pkg 'return to sender'. They specifically state "We cannot process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender." Phone rep did not tell me any of this. Don't know where that leaves me. Hope this helps.
