SENDING ME MONTLY PRODUCT WHEN I BELIVED I WAS ONLY SENDING FOR TRIAL OFFER
I sent for a free trial offer, through Crest and now I was sent two syringe's for $88.97 with a statement if you did not cancel within 20 days you are
auomatically enrolled in their auto shipment program and you receive a shipment every 30days at a discounted price??
They kept a credit card # on file which I did not belive they would do. I have tried to go to their website and cannot ! Now what?
From what I am reading I'm not the only person with a complaint.!!

UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT
I ONLY ordered the free trial and only paid for postage. But then my bank card was debited for 89.00. This was something I NEVER authorized. The information states you can recieve a refund by obtaining an RMA number but I have yet to get it!!! This is just so wrong!!!

Tooth whitener
I was charged 88.97 for a product I never received. I called the 800 number talked to a rep first time and was told to email and I have 5 times called 800 number back and they hung up on me when they found out who I was. I have called my card company and will continue to make complaints untill I get my refund I am sure Crest toothpaste does not want this type of negative business.They are big scam!!!

Sent an earlier complaint and now to make things worse it was $88.97 and now I get to go through the long, drawn out process of disputing this through my bank, etc. What a rip!!

money taken out of my account
I ordered a free trial from this co. and paid the s/h charge of $4.99 on my card. I ordered NOTHING ELSE!! I just looked at my bank statement and I was charged $59.83 for something I didn't even order!! I am on unemployment and couldn't even afford the stupid trial thing. This is bullshit. Now I have to try and get this charge off my account. This is exactly why I normally never order anything off the net. Janet Wahl

Deceptive Advertising
I wanted to get the free trial at 4.99 only and they have now charged me $88.97 and I want my money refunded immediately. I've called the telephone number they gave me and only get a voicemessage; I left a message and I've emailed the customer support department numerous times. They only responded once asking for more info and I haven't heard back sence. I'm outraged. This is definitely fraud. If they don't respond soon I'm reporting them to the consumer fraud department in my state.

Unauthorized Payment
I did not at any time authorize no one to take money out of my account. I would appreciate it if you all would put my $88.97 back into my account as soon as possible. Also discontinue my membership please that you have put me in. That is all I want done. Thank You.
