that is the biggest lie in all of history. When you get to Lusida Rubber they offer $1600/month and no benefits. Wayne Chin and his partner David use the dishonest business practices they learned in China and Taiwan on workers in U.S. They prey on Chinese finding a job in U.S. David has a history of trouble with the law. He was kicked out of high school for bringing a loaded gun to school. In the past David slaps male workers if they do not meet sales quota. Wayne is the typical passive-aggressive partner in David's doings. Their boss, Michael, pretends to be a nice guy but he encourages David and Wayne to lie and cheat the workers. They never pay the sales commission they promise. They attract desperate Chinese new to the US who are used to abuse, yelling, hitting, from the typical Chinese authority figure. After two months, the smart ones quit Lusida. When I worked there a smart salesman quit after 2 hours. He had seen this kind of company before. Like a movie you've seen before, he didn't need to see it again to know the ending. David's abuse is not limited to strangers. He called the police on his father. If you work there, you will encounter the most toxic environment ever. The Cultural Revolution is completely understandable when you see so many Chinese and Taiwanese lie and cheat each other and constantly playing tricks with each other and making their group toxic.
