My wife travelled to chennai, India on June 2nd 2009 from Lexington, USA. She checked in two baggage and she only received one baggage the other baggage not yet come. She is under medication and those medicines are in the lost baggage, she is not been able to continue the medication for more than a 10days. This is going to create serious problem. If anything happens to my wife's health lufthansa airlines is the only cause. They are least bother about the passenger's care and there things, they need a person to fill the seat to run there airlines in profit, they are bother about there business and profit not the passenger at all. I have travelled in lot other airlines, but never seen the worst service like lufthansa german airlines. Other than medicines we have many valuables things too in the lost baggage. No proper response in lufthansa airlines customer care, chennai airport. They have only one phone connection and will be always busy and they use the same phone connection for everything.
What is the solution for this? I would recommend my friends not to travel in lufthansa airlines due to the very very poor service. There is no proper response and followup on that till date. Expecting some response soon with baggage with no lost goods from my baggage.
Please have lufthansa has last chance and becareful about the baggage.
