Now this guy is wanting a non-refundable deposit!!! $2500.00!!! That is what he owes me. Do not send him any money!! You will never see the finished product! Anyway, who would be stupid enough to send someone this kind of money before they knew anything about him.

Well another month and no money. parts or word from Brad lux and Lux Custom Choppers. He is still advertising on the web and saying he will go nationwide. I would not let this loser into my town no alone my home. if anyone knows where he is, let me know via e-mail [email protected].

I paid for $3785.00 worth of parts in april of 09. I recieved about 1500.00 worth of parts in May and June then nothing. it is now December. Mr. Brad Lux has stopped returning my calls and e-mails. he states he went out of business but is still advertising on the web. he claims now that his base is the entire mation and he will come to you to build you a bike.

I bought a rolling chassis from this guy in 08'. i then bought the brakes and tranny. Then I bought the motor. Ecverything up this point went pretty smooth except for a rotor that was wrong. it got straightend out.In April of 2009 i sent Mr. Lux a check for 3785.00 for the primary and a list of parts to complete the bike. thsi bike is a dedication to my sister whopassed away in 2008 from cancer. i wanted to have oit complete by September 7th 2009 on the anniversary of her passing. The parts started to roll in then when it gto to the primary whcih was 1999.00, it was backordered. I called and e-mailed several times throught the summer and all I got was the same response. the whole time Mr.Lux is building choppers for Colt Ford and other celebs. These two bikes are on sale on his web site.
I finally asked for my money back on September 2nd. Mr.lux repsonded on the 10th saying he was sending a check. yeah right! it never came. When I started confronting him on the phone and e-mails, he turned off his phone and never answered my emails. I repored him to the BBB and the consumers affairs department. The I filed in court. Guess what, no one can find him. I have to hire a private dick to track him down.
Do not, I repeat, do not do business with this guy. He acts all nice, but will screw you!
