I ordered a free trial and only paid $4.95 for shipping. Two weeks later my debit card was charged $98.67. I called and was told I had 14 days to return the product. I checked the website and it was down. I returned the product with a tracking number from the Post Office. They received it on April 9th. When I call I am given several different stories. It takes 10 days, They changed banks and there was a delay in processing the check for refund, I will receive an email in a few days saying the money is going to be deposited, The money was already deposited and I need to call my bank. It will be sent in 2 days. They give no company info and say they are not in the USA. They are just taking the customer service calls. The company is not listed anywhere and they do not have a website under either name. I called the Miami Beach Police for direction and I notified a local news channel. This is a big scam. Most frightening is I was told if I close my account they would not be able to deposit my refund. Someone needs to investigate this company and put them out of business
