Haven't Honored their Return Policy on the $5K investment of their Trading System!

Luxman trading utilizes an intense sales pitch approach in talking about an 8% return on investment that their automated trading system would provide, guaranteed, on their minimum $5, 000. up front investment. Investers beware! Within a couple of months, I lost my investment,
and repeated calls where left unanswered on the guaranteed $5K refund. These are white collar scam artists that will take your money, with little legal recourse from any CA justice system or better business bureau actions . Although numereous complaints have been lodged, they continue to take money from innocent investors.
If anyone has been able to get a refund from this shaddy organization, or perhaps a spokesperson from Luxman Trading would have the guts to call and resolve my complaint, I would be willing to resolve this complaint, otherwise, don't be taken by these white collar bandits!

SCAM Allert

I succumbed to these guys high pressure selling techniques back in June 2008. Put up my $6000 - because hey after all it was guaranteed. Every month lost money until the account was too low to trade. So I waited for the guarantee to kick in. The contract stated it was automatic with the system I traded (later systems made you request the refund). So not wanting to take a chance: TWO certified letters were sent one after the 6th month and one after the 7th month - followed by several phone calls all to request the refund. Each time I called them they said they were processing the refund and I should receive it soon.

I filed a complaint with the BBB (since they use their unblemished record with them as one of their selling arguments). They responded to it stating that the refund will be sent in a few days. A few weeks went by and still nothing. Their BBB rating is now an 'F'. Its been almost five months since my initial request for refund and nothing. I am going to get my attorney involved now.

These guys are a scam, don't be taken.
