I have read of the many complaints about luxury vendor ltd & ugg.gg. I too have been another victim of this scam and my daughter is heart broken becase she is never going to see the boots she had set her heart upon for christmas. These crooks have taken my money and spoilt a 11 yr old girls christmas. I went on too what i belived was the genuine ugg website and purchased 2 pairs of boots costing me 147.00. I recieved a conirmation email with an order no. a ew days past and i hadnt heard anything so i emailed the company asking when i cold expect the goods they told me not to worry they were waiting for one pair of boots to come into stock and then they would dispatch them. another week later still nothing so again i contacted them via the link in my email again they reasured me that te goods would arrive for christmas and that my little girl wold have her dream boots LIARS THIEVES CROOKS. I tried again to contact them and the link was know longer available and the website had gone. Please do not fall into te same trap i did do not give any details to this company i still have not recieved any goods and can no loner contact this company i have contacted my credit card company and passed all te details to them i hope one day these decietful frauds get caught and punished for there evil ways. I have also contacted watchdog about this company if there are anymore people out there who has experienced the same as me then contact watchdog and see i we can stop these people. This website is very convincing but it is a clone of the real ugg site.
