I was charged a restocking "fee" of nearly $90 total (I'm including the inflated shipping cost) on a purchase of $225.64 even after their sales person insisted it was the correct product. Worked with them to purchase a replacement. I was promised a "reduction" in restocking fee from 25% to 20%. Two months later, all is finally done, except restocking fee is 25% not 20%. I call, am told the 25% is a "reduced" restocking fee from 35%. Shipping is also $29 via their pre-paid label, I am not informate of this. I call UPS - actual shipping cost for that size boz to that zip code, with corporate account is $12.00.
Here's a word most New Yorkers should understand "Ganif". That's what these fellows are. They are slow, forget their verbal promises, constantly shift things in their favor - shifty folks. Unless you get them to send you everything in writing, such as "this is the correct item and we will refund everything, 100% and not gouge on the shipping if we make a mistake." If you can't get that from them, it's best to pay a little extra to deal with folks on the up and up. So here I am complaining about a lousy $14 dollars. I just don't like being taken advantage of and lied to. Plain and simple.
