Luzerne Super Service / LooseGoose is a fraud and is transporting illegally as per the federal laws with no commercial insurance, DOT or MC #S also displayed on the side of your legal truck like all commercial trucks running DOT hrs & log books. You need proper government authority to transport for hire. You have not. We have filed against him. Do not use this guy or the many other non legals that state they are insured or legal it will cost you in the long run. If he gets pulled overby any law enforcement or go over required scales or at state lines the load will be impounded and towed into DOT storage and get fees/fines and require a legal transporter with DOT / MC #s with commercial insurance to remove it with proper certification after fees have been paid.

Shipper moved the pick up date back by nearly a week and did not notify me.Also, their equipment is old and looks unsafe to haul.For example, their trailer looks like it was welded by a 5th grader.They are nice people to talk to but their operation is unprofessional and unorganized...

Dishonest shipper. Claimed to have insurance but after my camper was damaged during transit gave me the run around, refused to ever provide insurance information and dumped the camper at a RV repair facility with $3, 000+ of damage. Refused to pay anything at all towards repair of the camper, despite me providing, at his request, photos and written professional repair facility estimates. Whatever you do don't use this shipper and if you do demand proof of insurance.

Instead of shippin all 3 of my dogs, I just sent my English Bulldog and my young husky. The Bulldog didn't even make it out of Indiana, she made it to Evansville where she died? These people not only killed my dog, but actually had her creamated, which is against the law without owners consent. They said that they tried to get hold of me which they did, but wasn't able because I was on a plane to be there when they arrived. My husky was emaciated til I hardly recognized him. I am pissed

Bike has been damaged by dropping. Service provider tried to HIDE DAMAGES by glue!. After delivery, found left indication light, clutch have been broken. Body fairing has been scratched. After Two weeks for repair, Service Provider requested a receipt at first, with my own payments. Asked for paying repair cost by credit card but is very reluctant. Not sure how this company has positive feedback so far. Have not been paid repair-cost until yet. You can see damages from my profile picture
