I am being charged $5.87 per month and don't know why...

This company used to have a person to cancel orders, which I did - twice -with assurances this would be cancelled and charges taken off of my account; now they only refer to the gohelpnow.com website which is virtually useless. I contacted my credit card company and they discovered three more charges which were not on my recent statement, but will appear on next months statement. They are investigating and have contacted the bank of this company to dispute these charges. This is running into hundreds of dollars of UNAUTHORIZED charges. This is a company that should be brought up on charges of FRAUD - PLAIN AND SIMPLE. YOU DO NOT HAVE MY PERMISSION TO CONTINUE CHARGING MY ACCOUNT AND DONT SEND ANY MORE OF YOUR HORRIBLE PRODUCT TO ME.
