On Aug 27, 2009, a two week free advertised Acai Berry was ordered. At the same time, it was indicated that we would cancel our account and would renew the account if the material proved satisfactory. This was according to their advertisement which said we could cancel withing two weeks without any payment due. Another shipment was shipped two weeks later. Upon receiving the second order, we shipped it back unopened and called them again to cancel our account for the second time. They did cancel the account this time and gave us credit for the second unopened order. But they charged us for the original order which was advertised as a free order if the account was canceled within two weeks. They said their records did not indicate that the account was canceled. Our records indicate that it was canceled.
