I bought Lycatel Limited (Jolly) prepaid phone card for £2.50, when I dialled my destination number I was informed that I have 70 minutes. I was disconnected after 1 mimunte 16 seconds and told to redial my number.
I was then told again that I have 66 minutes I was informed after eight minues that I have 30 seconds left and the call was terminated a few seconds later.
This has happened four times and it is impossible to get any service from their customer services and at times when the sc number is dialled one is told, 'the other party has hanged up'. Lycatel services is cheating customers by not given the call time they give.
