After the company pulled the crew from our new home, we thought they were finished as they had asked us for the final payment, we found pigeons in the house. We examined the house carefully and found 4 feet of soffit missing in an area that was not visible from the ground. Upon contacting Lynnrich, we were told, "We were going to tell you about that. We had to start a job in Wyoming and needed all of our people. We'll get to it just as soon as we have someone available." Two weeks later they showed up to finish. Within the first 3 months the wind uplifted the soffit on the garage and the metal wrap around the windward facing windows blew off. My wife and I would have to go to the Lynnrich office to get them to send out someone to fix the garage soffit and the trim repeatedly. Telephone calls received only lip service. After 8 months of trying to get them to permanently fix the problems and multiple complaints to the Better Business Bureau, we gave up and hired another company who told us that they had been asked to fix Lynnrich's substandard work. Bottom line-Very expensive siding job for poor quality workmanship and very poor cosumer service.
